*Jeff & Barb Mastley, Owners*	Jeff is a third generation craftsman and has over 40 years experience in the residential construction trade. Growing up in Osseo, Minnesota, he started at a very young age working in the summers for both his father and grandfather, who both had their own construction companies. He learned his carpentry skills from them, and just as importantly, they taught him great work ethics and integrity. Jeff continued with the family business until 1971, when he joined the United States Marine Corps. Today, Jeff and Barb are enjoying fruits of years of labor. Les "Skip" Gooch, Sales Manager	Les “Skip” Gooch grew up in the Northeast Glacial Lakes region of South Dakota. His family settled in the area as farmers. His grandfather and father started a farm implement/auto sales business which was eventually relocated to Milbank. Skip’s mother was the office manager with a construction company/architect which is where he got his first exposure to the construction industry. As a child, he went through reams of paper, drawing up floor plans which he would create with his building blocks and Lincoln Logs. READ MORE HERE...
Robert was born in Park Rapids and raised on the family farm 16 miles northwest of Park Rapids. Robert was also involved in the families logging operation, saw mill, and during his mid teens the family lumber business. After graduating from the Park Rapids Area High School in 1976 Robert attended the Detroit Lakes Area Vocational Technical College taking a 2 year course in residential construction. During the 2 year course Robert had the opportunity not only to learn in the class room about Residential Construction but to have hands on training in the field from foundation to the finished turn key home.
